Limited Lifetime Warranty
Flexxform Designs is pleased to warrant products it manufactures against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product to the original purchaser. This warranty includes the frame, foam, and stitching. The only exceptions are as follows:

1. It shall not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidental damage, damage in transportation or improper maintenance.
2. This warranty shall not apply to any product whose original construction has been altered by a party other than Flexxform Designs.
3. Flexxform Designs bears no responsibility for defects of any kind in upholstery materials such as shrinkage, stretching, wrinkling, colorfastness, or any other defect occurring as a result of normal “wear and tear” of textiles. Upholstery materials applied to products manufactured by Flexxform Designs are subject to the specific warranties of their manufacturers. Flexxform will co-ordinate with manufacturer if applicable.

4. Components, such as casters and glides are warrantied for 10 years.
5. Flexxform Designs is not responsible for variations in wood finishes that are a result of natural wood color variation.
Flexxform will replace defective part or entire product if needed, but request that faulty product is returned to factory to determine fault and ensure there is a permanent resolution to the issue. Flexxform is pleased of offer a reupholstery program for all products, thus reducing the burden on the environments, and increasing the lifetime of the product.
